Billy developed his unique style in the late 80’s and had a really great career going until a few years ago when he started suffering from focal dystonia. This rare disease strikes people who perform complex hand movements for long periods of time, like guitarists. At the height of his career, Billy’s amazing sound was silenced, until now.
